The new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe has already received rave reviews from international automotive critics, now Hyundai Motor America has also unveiled a 6/7-seater version of the mid-sized SUV at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The 3-row Santa Fe can offer seating for 7 passengers with a 40:20:40 split folding second row bench seat or seating for 6 with second row captain’s chairs. This is accompanied by 50:50 split flat folding rear seats in the third row.
The exterior of the Santa Fe reveals new front and rear fascia layouts while it’s slightly longer, wider and higher than its 5-seater Santa Fe Sport sibling. As a result it offers a more spacious cabin, increased cargo volume and ample towing capacity. Powering the new Santa Fe is a 3.3L direct injection V6 engine, a unique offering in its class. It also boasts a host of safety and luxury features including 7 airbags, heated rear seats, a large panoramic sunroof and a power liftgate.
