The new 2017 Hyundai Elantra comes with a manual or automatic 1.6l engine that deliver an impressive amount of power, while consuming less fuel and producing even fewer emissions than previous Elantra models. The lighter aluminium 1.6L engine is now also capable of up to 96 Kilowatts (kW) at 6,300rpm and produces 157 Newton Meters (Nm) of peak torque at 4850rpm.
